Terms of Service

Welcome to NutriPal. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NutriPal iOS app, the NutriPal+ subscription and related services.

By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use NutriPal.

NutriPal, including Nouri, our AI nutrition coach, provides general nutrition information and estimates. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, food allergies, or are pregnant. Calorie and macro values shown in the app are estimates and may be inaccurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use NutriPal.

NutriPal+ is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year. Payment is charged to your App Store account when you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to misuse NutriPal: no attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it to violate any law or another person’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

NutriPal, its design, features and content, including Nouri, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results, estimates or AI answers will be accurate or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms over time. We will notify you of significant changes in the app, and continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
